Staff and the people we support at Cerrig Cornel thoroughly enjoyed their gorge walking activity; which involved walking, jumping into and swimming around a series of waterfalls in the river Nantcol in Llanbedr, and participating in a various other team building activities under the watchful eye of the instructors Hannah, Dave and Nick.
Simon, Service Manager, commented that ‘the activity provided ample opportunity for everyone to use and develop their teamwork and team building skills as well as explore different methods of communication.’
Some of the individuals who took part commented on how much they enjoyed the activity and how much fun it was;
James, stated that he enjoyed playing ‘human pooh sticks and working as a team and helping the others to manage the activities.’
Molly, liked working together as a team and having fun on the sessions. She commented ‘it was amazing, great fun and I can’t wait to do it again.’
Whilst William enjoyed ‘getting off site and doing something that I don’t usually do’.
