The Regard team were delighted to recently welcome the people and staff from nine services, previously owned by Adelphi Care Services.
After a twelve-week integration to Regard’s staff and systems the Shropshire services celebrated with official ‘Welcome to Regard’ tea parties.
Kay Beacham, Regional Director and her team decided that scones, cakes and tea were the perfect way to welcome everyone into the Regard community.
All nine of the newly acquired services took part, with food hampers, games, laughter and fun as they celebrated the occasion. Photographs are taken from a selection of services.
Kris Evans, Regional Coordinator and Darren Foster, Regional Trainer visited some of the tea parties. Kris said: “Thank you for the warmest of welcomes to our new services from the people that we support and staff!”
Debs, the Service Manager at Roseville, said: “We received a lovely hamper and bouquet of flowers for all to enjoy at Roseville House with lots of goodies in. It’s fair to say that the people we support and staff have had a lovely afternoon tea party. Thank you so much for welcoming Roseville to Regard so warmly and for making everyone’s day.”
